One of our experienced sales representatives will meet you at your property to discuss your goals and assess the space. During the in-home consultation session, our sales staff will take pictures of your current outdoor living space for all of our team members to align with your project needs. Our representative will walk you through our portfolios of past work and a wide variety of available materials for your project. We then take that information, pictures of your current space and make a detailed drawing to provide you with several pricing options.

Once you approve the price estimate and initial design, we move on to signing a contract. Once the contract is signed, you will make your material selection and set you up in our project management software. We then use highly detailed architectural software to create an accurate mock-up of the finished product. This 3D plan will go to a plan reviewer who will compile a highly detailed plan for your review.

Approval Process: Once plans are approved by you, the homeowner, we will send the plans off to the county for permitting or engineering if the project requires an engineer.

Review Period: This process, depending on the project and the county, can take 3 to 6 weeks.

Final Approval: The homeowner will also need to submit plans to an HOA if applicable.

Once all approvals are locked in, we will schedule a time that is available and works for you for one of our teams to come out and break ground on your project. You will be updated every step of the way through our project management software. We will keep you apprised of all progress and any issues or delays should they come up. Our teams work diligently and cleanly to make sure your job is done fast, accurately, and efficiently so you can get to enjoying your new outdoor space as quickly as possible.
